Following Jesus.
Formed by His Spirit.
Rooted in community.
Acts 2:42–47 — Life together, shaped by the Spirit.
Why We Exist
Restoration wasn’t born from a plan or a gap to fill, but from a simple yes to Jesus.
Over time, He has shaped our heart with a vision:
to become a people learning to live as apprentices of Jesus, formed by His Spirit, walking in His presence, and sent to love our neighbors until His peace renews everything around us.

Our prayer is simple:
that the peace of Christ would rule our hearts, displacing fear, hurry, and distraction with presence, love, and wholeness.

And we believe this kind of life is formed as we walk the Way of Jesus.
The Way of Jesus
The Way of Jesus isn’t a set of beliefs or routines—it’s a life shaped by three interconnected rhythms that mark the people of God:

Life with the Spirit
We live attuned to the presence and power of the Holy Spirit, learning to walk in step with Him in every part of life.

As we slow down and make space for His presence, He shapes us into the likeness of Jesus and moves with power among us, awakening awe and wonder in His people.
“They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching, to fellowship, to the breaking of bread, and to prayer. Then everyone was filled with awe, and many wonders and signs were being performed through the apostles.”

Life in Kinship
We believe transformation happens in the context of real relationship. Around tables and through honest friendship, the Spirit shapes us into people of peace, vulnerability, and belonging.

As we share life and carry one another’s burdens, we are formed in love, becoming a family marked by sincerity and joy.
“Every day they devoted themselves to meeting together in the temple, and broke bread from house to house. They ate their food with joyful and sincere hearts.”
Acts 2:46

Life on Mission
God’s Kingdom moves through ordinary people who choose to live with extraordinary love. Every street, workplace, and home becomes sacred ground where His presence is at work.

As we serve, listen, and give freely, His compassion moves through us and brings renewal to our neighborhoods through simple acts of faithfulness.
“They sold their possessions and belongings and distributed to any who had need.”
Acts 2:45
"And the Lord added to their number day by day those who were being saved."

Acts 2:47
How This Takes Shape
A Church of House Churches
We believe the Church is made visible not only in gatherings, but in the homes and neighborhoods where we live.
Our vision is to see communities of Jesus-followers across the Treasure Valley formed by the Spirit, rooted in kinship, and sent on mission.
House Churches are intentional expressions of the Church. They are places of belonging, worship, and authentic life together. Around tables we share meals and stories, listen for the Spirit, and learn to love our neighbors in practical ways.
Each House Church is a small reflection of the Kingdom, where every gift matters, every voice is heard, and the lonely find family.
As these communities grow and multiply, we pray that Jesus’ love would bring restoration to homes, neighborhoods, and the valley one meal at a time.

Our Sunday Gatherings
We see Sundays at Restoration as a time when our house churches come together as one family to worship, learn, and celebrate the renewing work of God.

These gatherings will be simple and sacred. We will sing, open Scripture, teach the way of Jesus, and create space for the Spirit to move. There will be no stage-driven production, only presence, worship, and formation.

Our hope is that these moments will center us in love and truth, remind us of our identity as God’s people, and send us into our neighborhoods with peace, joy, and purpose.

We trust that as we gather, shaped by the Spirit and grounded in Scripture, God will form us into a family that brings His restoration into every part of the valley.
